Q01What is Clintivo?: Clintivo is a free information website, operated by The Nelson M Group LLC, that explains how clinical trials work in plain language.
Q02Is Clintivo a medical provider or a study team?: No. We do not give medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and we do not run, recruit for, or enroll people in clinical studies.
Q03Will you match me with a study?: No. We publish general information. If you want to look for studies, public registries such as ClinicalTrials.gov list them, and your doctor can help you read them.
Q04What do you do with the details I submit?: We use them to send the guides you asked for and to keep a record of your choices. We do not sell them and we do not share them with study sponsors, research sites, or other partners. See our Privacy Policy.
Q05Do I have to agree to text messages?: No. Both text boxes are optional, separate, and unchecked by default. You can submit the form with neither checked and still get email.
Q06How often will you text me?: Message frequency varies, up to about 8 messages a month. Message and data rates may apply.
Q07How do I stop texts?: Reply STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help. You can also email [email protected] or call 888-804-9145.
Q08Does it cost money to use Clintivo?: No. Everything on the site is free.
Q09Is this site for emergencies?: No. If you think you are having a medical emergency, call 911.
